Roadshow Management re-structure

It is with very mixed emotions that I must inform you of my plans to defer management of Roadshow to my friend and colleague Mark Rowlands.

Some of you may already know that when not consumed by the day-to-day responsibilities of running Roadshow, I have always had a love of sailing and all things nautical. Well, it may not come as a complete surprise then to learn that I am relinquishing my controlling share in Roadshow to pursue a lifetime's dream. That dream is w2n 'Where to Next?'

I am of course very keen to emphasize the simple fact that for you, and for the immediate future, nothing will change. Mark's company Chameleon Corporate Productions has worked very closely with Roadshow from day one. We have used the same crew with whom you are all so familiar and even share a warehouse facility in Bristol. Our companies have always maintained a symbiotic relationship and as such, the only consequence of the new arrangement will be my own absence much later this year.

Mark is a very accomplished Production Manager with whom I have complete confidence and you already know Chris, Ady, Oli and others. The company name, branding and values will remain unchanged and for now, the accounting structure will not be effected.

A quick look at the www.w2n.co.uk website will give you an indication of my rather ambitious (and slightly irresponsible) plans. You'll notice that my departure is scheduled for September or October this year and developments this weekend have brought the project right back on track. Until then, I will continue to be your first point of contact with any Roadshow enquiries but I will be in touch to arrange a suitable opportunity to introduce you to Mark. The transition will be seamless and the service to which you have become accustomed is guaranteed to be upheld under Mark's discerning leadership.

It only remains then for me to thank you unreservedly for your support over the years and for your personal kindness and friendship. I trust that you will continue to enjoy a professional and enthusiastic service from Roadshow and that you will follow my own project closely.

All my very best,

Rob
